Who is the administrator of your personal data?

Dom Maklerski Bank Ochrony Środowiska SA ("DM BOŚ S.A.") is the administrator of your data is with its registered office in Warsaw (Marszałkowska 78/80, 00-517 Warsaw).
 

Where did we get your data from?

We have obtained your data:

  • directly from you when signing the Agreement - if it is the case we invite you to read our Privacy Policy for Customers, where you will find detailed information,

  • directly from you during events, conferences, trainings organized by us or left them on one of our websites - in this case we invite you to read our Privacy Policy for potential customers,

In any case, your data is very important to us, that's why we protect it and use it only in accordance with the law and in the scope of your consent.
 

Why do we process your personal information?

If you are our customer, we process your data primarily in order to implement the contract and the resulting legal obligations. If you have agreed to receive marketing information from us, contact details will also be used to forward our offers.
If you have not yet signed a contract with us, and you have expressed the desire to contact us and receive information from us, your data will be used to present you our offer, best suited to your needs.
 

I am a customer and I do not want my data to be processed

If you are our customer, we must process your data in order to perform the contract, and after its possible termination, we will process the data for another 10 years, until the claims are time-barred.

In case you do not want us to send you marketing offers by email, SMS or during a phone conversation, you can easily withdraw your consent by logging in to our system in which confirmation or change of consents is available in the [Instructions - Other - Consents] option.

You can also place an appropriate order by email (makler@bossa.pl), by phone (801 104 104) or in person at one of our branches.

Remember that if you withdraw such consents, we will not be able to inform you, for example, about educational campaigns that we implement, tools that facilitate investing, provide you with bulletins, newsletters or other studies that could be considered as offers.
We respect your privacy, which is why we will only inform you about those matters which, to the best of our knowledge, may interest you. Just like you, we do not like SPAM and intrusive sellers. We are convinced that it is worth staying in touch with us.
 

I am not a customer and I do not want my data to be processed

If you are not our customer and we have your data, it means that you have agreed to provide marketing information by signing up for a training course, bulletin or other educational campaign.

We want to know your preferences and needs and adapt our offer to them. Therefore, we will contact you in the way you agreed (by email, phone, text message).

We respect your privacy, which is why we will only inform you about those matters which, to the best of our  knowledge, may interest you. Just like you, we do not like SPAM and intrusive sellers. We are convinced that it is worth staying in touch with us.

If, however, you decide that you do not wish to contact us, please let us know by email (makler@bossa.pl), by phone (801 104 104) or in person at one of our branches.
 

Who do we transfer your data to?

We do not pass your details to anyone without your permission. If you give your consent, your data may be transferred to Bank Ochrony Środowiska.
 

What other rights do you have?

We respect your rights, you decide about your personal data. In addition to the ones already mentioned, you have the right to access your data and obtain a copy, correct your data, transfer data.
 

Profiling

Are you a customer? We use your data to establish your target group of buyers. We do it due to legal requirements.

In addition, we collect information about the websites visited by you and process them (including in the form of profiling) to, among others:

  • match the content and layout of pages to your interests (e.g., moja.info.bossa.pl)

  • offer you services that are better suited to your needs

  • carry out analyzes that will allow us to improve our websites and services

  • inform you only about offers that suit your needs

  • create models of users using our websites and services
